Fairings for the "Adventure Rider"
The development of our Fairings and Cockpit systems have function and practicality at the heart of the design. We believe that a fairing and cockpit should be designed to maximize every possible opportunity to improve the usability of the motorcycle and so each model incorporates at least three of the following key functions that should be found on an adventure dual-sport motorcycle.
Variable wind protection
GPS & Switchgear accommodation Excellent Lighting
Enhanced stability
All of our fairings are constructed from high quality fibreglass, reinforced with Kevlar in the high stress areas and are designed and tested to take the rough and tumble associated with being 'off the beaten path'.
The fairings are finished in a range of colours, requiring no further painting.

Each fairing kit comes complete with an ABS dashboard, designed specifically to enable the relocation of the OEM instrumentation and provide accomodation for a GPS and other accessory switchgear. The dashboards also form part of the structural mounting of the fairing, eliminating the need for additional bracing and brackets. The dashboards remain attached to the motorcycle when the fairing is removed to aid access to all accessory and OEM wiring.
The fairings each use the same unique sliding windshield system that enables full adjustability over 7”. For off road use, the screen is dropped to the fully lowered position and is clear of the riders field of vision. For high speed 'on road' riding, the screen can be adjusted to the riders ideal point of comfort for the conditions. The adjustment of the screen is straightforward using the two finger clamps at the base of the screen. Further airflow benefits are gained by the design of the screen. The screen is 'set' 1” away from the fairing and has a flared lower section to enable a 'ram air' effect behind the screen almost eliminating any buffeting around the helmet and enhancing the stability of the motorcycle at elevated speeds.
Each of our twin headlight models use two 90mm Hella Rally headlight modules with powerful 65w H9 bulbs. The low beam is of the projector type, giving far superior lighting immediately in front and to the sides of the road, with a very ‘clean’ horizontal cut off line. The high beam casts it’s light much further ahead than experienced with most motorcycle lighting. Each light is individually adjustable both horizontally and vertically so that they can be set up perfectly for your requirement and loading.

The twin headlight models come with a prewired electrical harness, which is largely 'plug 'n play' with very little alteration to the stock wiring and very little electrical knowledge is reqired to install. The harness contains two relays and a fuse and is configuered so that the low beam lamp remains on at all times with the addition of the high beam when switched. Owners can expect up to 3 times more effective lighting than most OEM lights.
Headlight Lens Protectors
These are the ideal way to protect the glass lenses of the Hella Rally lights. Used in both Dakar and Baja races, these self adhesive 80mm covers are manufactured for us by Lamin-X from 20mil thick clear Vinyl material. They are easy to install, don't effect the performance of your lights and don't spoil the look of your new fairing. Highly recommended for off road use.
HID bulb upgrade option (Twin Headlight models)
There are significant benefits to ordering an HID upgrade (available on one, or both lights).
1. Each HID bulb only draws 35w, which means that there is more spare electrical power left for other power consuming items, such as heated clothing etc.
2. Each bulb produces about twice as much light than the already powerful H9 Halogens.
3. The light from an HID bulb is much nearer that of daylight, creating even more definition on the road in front of you.
4. Whilst more expensive, HID bulbs will almost certainly last the life of the motorcycle, unless physically damaged.
(Note : You are reminded that the conversion of the lights to HID is not DOT approved for use on the Highway)
All custom fairings are made in Canada
