Following the widespread demand for better lighting on the KLR, we introduce the XS Twin. The twin
carries through all of the features of the XS, but incorporates two Hella headlight modules. The low beam is of a projector design as found on high end European cars and both lights use the new 65w H9 halogen bulb, delivering 20% more light than typical H4 types. We are satisfied that this setup provides the most light achievable within the constraints of the KLR’s electrical output and without the expense of HID.
The kit comes with the lights already fitted and a pre-wired electrical harness that contains the two relays and lighting fuse and is prefitted to the back of the dahboard, behind the fairing.
The electrical harness itself is ‘plug and play’ and does not require any modification to the stock wiring, so it is an easy installation for those with limited electrical knowledge.

Note : Installing the XS Twin does require the removal of some parts of the headlight frame, which would make it difficult (though not impossible) to re-fit the original headlight if required.
